Pricing FAQ
How much are follow-up visits?
Follow-up visits for established patients are $200 per visit. These are typically 20–30 minutes and focus on medication management, symptom monitoring, and care adjustments.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We are in-network with Cigna, Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Carelon, Aetna, and Quest. Most insured patients pay a $0–$50 copay per visit after meeting their deductible.
What if I do not have insurance?
Self-pay is welcome and straightforward. Initial visits are $375 and follow-ups are $200. We also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if you would like to submit claims to your insurance yourself.
Are there any additional fees?
No surprise fees. The visit price is all-inclusive for the appointment itself. Medications are prescribed and filled at your preferred pharmacy under your own insurance or self-pay as usual.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We understand life happens — just give us a heads up when you can.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Most new patients are seen within the same week they reach out. Established patients can often be seen within 48 hours for urgent needs.
