No insurance? Self-pay rates are $250 for your first visit and $150 for follow-ups. Sliding scale available.
No insurance? No problem. We offer self-pay rates ($250 initial / $150 follow-up) and a sliding scale for those who need financial assistance. Superbills provided for out-of-network reimbursement.
A superbill is a detailed receipt from us that you submit to your insurance company yourself. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance may reimburse you for part of the cost.
1) You pay us. 2) We give you a superbill. 3) You send it to your insurance. 4) They may send you a check back.
