Real Talk
No jargon. No runaround. Just straight answers to the stuff you actually want to know.
If you have insurance, your cost depends on your plan's copay or deductible. Most people with in-network insurance pay $0–$50 per visit after their deductible is met.
No insurance? Self-pay rates are $250 for your first visit and $150 for follow-ups. We also offer a sliding scale if money is tight — just ask.
No insurance? No problem. We offer self-pay rates ($250 initial / $150 follow-up) and a sliding scale for those who need financial assistance. We also provide superbills so you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
A superbill is basically a detailed receipt from us that you submit to your insurance company yourself. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance may reimburse you for part of the cost.
Here's how it works: 1) You pay us at the time of your visit. 2) We give you a superbill. 3) You send it to your insurance. 4) They may send you a check back. Simple.
Yes — we get it. Money is tight. That's why we accept most major insurance plans, offer self-pay rates, and have a sliding scale for those who qualify. If cost is a barrier, please reach out. We want to make care accessible, not out of reach.
We're a small practice, so we can't always pick up the phone. The fastest way to reach us is by text or email.
Yes! You can do this from your couch, your car, wherever you feel comfortable. Virtual appointments are available for patients in Georgia and Florida. In-person visits are available at our Roswell, GA office.
Just bring your insurance card, a list of any medications you're currently taking, and any past psychiatric records if you have them. For virtual visits, just make sure you have a stable internet connection and a private space. That's it — we'll handle the rest.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens — we get it — but late cancellations mean that time slot can't go to someone else who needs it.
Not at this time. We don't complete disability paperwork, but we're happy to discuss other ways we can support you.
