Before You Reach Out

You Don't Need a Reason to Ask for Help

One of the most common things Ciara hears from new patients is: “I wasn't sure if what I was going through was serious enough to reach out.” The answer is always yes.

Divine Psychiatry was built for people who have felt dismissed, rushed, or misunderstood. Whether you're seeking care for ADHD, anxiety, depression, PMDD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, or perimenopause-related mood changes — or you're simply not sure what's going on — this is a safe place to start.

Ciara McGann, PMHNP-BC, personally reviews every inquiry. When you contact Divine Psychiatry, you're communicating directly with the person who will be providing your care — not a call center, not an automated system.

What to Include in Your Message

Who You Are

Your name, age, and whether you're reaching out for yourself or on behalf of a child or family member. Parents and guardians are always welcome to contact us on behalf of a minor.

What You're Experiencing

A brief description of what's been going on — even just a sentence or two. You don't need to write a medical history. "I've been struggling with anxiety and can't sleep" is more than enough.

Your Insurance or Payment Plan

Let us know if you have insurance (and which plan) or if you're planning to self-pay. This helps us verify your benefits before your first appointment so there are no surprises.

Your Availability

Any scheduling preferences — mornings, evenings, specific days. We offer flexible scheduling including after-school and after-work slots to fit real life.

Virtual Mental Health Care

Serving Patients Across All of Georgia

Divine Psychiatry is licensed to provide psychiatric care to patients throughout the state of Georgia. Whether you're in Metro Atlanta or a small town hours away, quality mental health care is available to you — from your own home.

Telehealth psychiatry has transformed access to mental health care across Georgia. For many patients — especially those in suburban and rural communities — virtual appointments with a board-certified psychiatric provider were simply not available a decade ago. Today, Divine Psychiatry brings the same quality of care you would expect from a top Atlanta-area practice directly to your home.

Research published in peer-reviewed psychiatric journals consistently shows that telehealth psychiatric care produces outcomes equivalent to in-person care for conditions including ADHD, anxiety disorders, major depressive disorder, PMDD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and OCD.

Whether you are a working professional in Alpharetta, a young professional in Athens, a parent in Marietta, or a retiree in Savannah — telehealth psychiatry with Divine Psychiatry means you never have to choose between your mental health and the rest of your life.

Many teens with ADHD, anxiety, or autism spectrum traits respond especially well to virtual care in a familiar environment.

No. If something feels off, that's enough reason. Early support is far more effective than waiting.

A 60-minute conversation. Ciara asks about what's been going on, your background, and your goals — no tests, no pressure.

Yes. All sessions work on phone, tablet, or laptop. You'll get a secure link — just click to join.

Never. Medication is always your choice. The goal is reducing what gets in your way, not changing who you are.
